Cornhill Cottage Traditional Scottish holiday cottage on the spectacular Sutherland coast.

Unfortunately we have had to put 2023/24 prices up significantly due to the cost of fuel for heating etc, and costs associated with the new self catering licencing system that is being implemented in Scotland in 2023. If it is possible to reduce prices again in future we will do that.  

Bookings generally run from 4pm on a Saturday to 10am on the following Saturday, other start days may be considered on request. Rates are determined by the month in which the Tuesday of each week falls. Lets of less than a week are possible - please request prices. Minimum stay is 3 nights. 

Terms: A booking deposit is 25% of the rent is required. Bookings are considered confirmed when the deposit has been received. The final payment becomes due four weeks prior to the letting. When late bookings are made and arrival is to be in less than four weeks time, full rent is payable immediately.

(In the event of cancellation booking deposits are non-returnable, but alternative dates will be offered if available in the same year.)
