Cornhill is a traditional stone built croft cottage, in the local style. It has been carefully modernised and retains many original features. It is a cosy home, that is full of character. Wifi is available, with download speed of around 36Mbps and upload of 6.4Mbps.
Ground floor:
ENTRANCE PORCH warmed by an electric heater, with plenty of space for waterproofs and boots!
HALL with storage heater and airing cupboard.
KITCHEN / DINING ROOM with Sandyford oil fired range cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary cutlery and crockery. NEW! Kitchen refit in 2014.
SITTING ROOM comfortably furnished, with SMART colour TV / DVD and landline telephone. There is a well stocked bookcase, games and jigsaws.
From the hall there are two short flights of stairs. The bathroom and utility room are off the first landing.
UTILITY ROOM containing a washing machine, clothes rack, iron and ironing board, freezer, vacuum cleaner and electric razor point. There is access through the back door to an outside clothes line.
BATHROOM with bath, hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail.
First floor:
BEDROOM ONE with two single beds, with two pillows and a duvet for each. Extra blankets provided if required.
BEDROOM TWO with double bed with four pillows, a double duvet and extra blankets.
